The Guggenheim S&P High Income Infrastructure ETF (GHII) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund’s fees and expenses, of the S&P High Income Infrastructure Index (the "Index"). The fund, using a "passive" or "indexing" investment approach, seeks to replicate, before the fund’s fees and expenses, the performance of the index. The index is designed to measure and monitor the performance of fifty high-yielding global equity securities of companies that engage in various infrastructure-related sub-industries.
